Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις
1. Συμπεριφορά Πελάτη
* Οι πελάτες οφείλουν να συμπεριφέρονται με σεβασμό και ευγένεια προς το προσωπικό και τους άλλους επισκέπτες.
* Δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση αισχρολογιών, σεξουαλικές ενδείξεις ή οποιαδήποτε μορφή παρενόχλησης.
* Η θεραπεία θα διακοπεί άμεσα σε περίπτωση απειλητικής ή απρεπούς συμπεριφοράς, χωρίς επιστροφή χρημάτων.
2. Υγεία & Υγιεινή
* Οι πελάτες πρέπει να ενημερώνουν για τυχόν ιατρικές παθήσεις, τραύματα ή δερματικές λοιμώξεις πριν από τη θεραπεία.
* Απαιτείται προσωπική υγιεινή (π.χ. καθαρό σώμα). Το SPA διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί την εξυπηρέτηση σε περίπτωση μη τήρησης.
3. Κρατήσεις & Ακυρώσεις
* Οι κρατήσεις γίνονται με προκαταβολή ή πιστωτική κάρτα.
* Ακυρώσεις έως 24 ώρες πριν για επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μετά από αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα, χρεώνεται το 50% του κόστους.
4. Αργή Άφιξη
* Σε περίπτωση καθυστέρησης του πελάτη, η διάρκεια της θεραπείας μπορεί να μειωθεί χωρίς οικονομική επιστροφή.
5. Ασφάλεια & Αντικείμενα
* Το SPA δεν ευθύνεται για χαμένα ή κλαπτά αντικείμενα. Συνιστάται η χρήση των θυρίδων ασφαλείας.
* Απαγορεύεται η χρήση κινητών ή φωτογραφικών συσκευών κατά τη θεραπεία.
6. Αποποίηση Ευθυνών
* Οι θεραπείες δεν αντικαθιστούν ιατρικές συμβουλές. Το SPA δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τυχόν επιπλοκές από υφιστάμενες παθήσεις.
7. Εσώρουχα / Μαγιό
Οι πελάτες οφείλουν να φορούν εσώρουχο ή μαγιό κατά τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας.
*Σε περίπτωση που δεν διαθέτουν, το SPA παρέχει δωρεάν εσώρουχο μιας χρήσης.
*Αν ο πελάτης αρνηθεί να φορέσει εσώρουχο/μαγιό ή να χρησιμοποιήσει το παρεχόμενο, η θεραπεία δεν θα πραγματοποιηθεί και δεν θα επιστραφούν χρήματα.
8. Αποδοχή Όρων
Η είσοδος και η κράτηση θεραπείας συνεπάγονται την αποδοχή των όρων αυτών.
Το SPA διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ενημερώνει τις αρχές σε περίπτωση σοβαρής παραβίασης.
Terms and Conditions for Massage Therapy at the SPA
Client Behavior
Clients must behave with respect and courtesy towards staff and other visitors.
The use of foul language, sexual gestures, or any form of harassment is prohibited.
The session will be immediately terminated in case of threatening or inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.
Health & Hygiene
Clients must inform the staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or skin infections before the treatment.
Personal hygiene (e.g., clean body) is required. The SPA reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations require a deposit or credit card guarantee.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After this period, 50% of the cost will be charged.
Late Arrival
In case of client delay, the duration of the treatment may be reduced without a refund.
Security & Belongings
The SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The use of safety lockers is recommended.
The use of mobile phones or photographic devices during the treatment is prohibited.
Underwear / Swimwear
Clients must wear underwear or swimwear during treatments. Disposable underwear is provided free of charge if needed. Refusal to comply will result in immediate session cancellation without refund
Liability Disclaimer
Treatments do not substitute medical advice. The SPA is not liable for any complications arising from pre-existing conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
Entry and booking of treatments imply acceptance of these terms.
The SPA reserves the right to notify authorities in case of serious violations.

Comportamento del Cliente
I clienti devono comportarsi con rispetto e cortesia verso il personale e gli altri ospiti.
Non sono ammessi linguaggio volgare, gesti a sfondo sessuale o qualsiasi forma di molestia.
In caso di comportamento minaccioso o inappropriato, il trattamento verrà immediatamente interrotto senza rimborso.
Salute e Igiene
I clienti devono comunicare eventuali condizioni mediche, infortuni o infezioni cutanee prima del trattamento.
È richiesta un’igiene personale adeguata (es. corpo pulito). Il SPA si riserva il diritto di rifiutare il servizio in caso di mancato rispetto.
Prenotazioni e Cancellazioni
Le prenotazioni richiedono un acconto o la garanzia con carta di credito.
Le cancellazioni effettuate entro 24 ore dalla prenotazione danno diritto al rimborso completo. Oltre tale termine, verrà addebitato il 50% del costo.
Ritardo del Cliente
In caso di ritardo del cliente, la durata del trattamento potrebbe essere ridotta senza rimborso.
Sicurezza e Oggetti Personal
Il SPA non è responsabile di oggetti smarriti o rubati. Si consiglia l’uso delle cassette di sicurezza.
È vietato l’uso di telefoni cellulari o dispositivi fotografici durante il trattamento.
Esclusione di Responsabilità
È obbligatorio indossare biancheria intima o costume durante i trattamenti. In caso di necessità, forniamo biancheria usa e getta gratuita. Il rifiuto comporterà l’annullamento del trattamento senza rimborso
I trattamenti non sostituiscono consulenze mediche. Il SPA non è responsabile per eventuali complicazioni derivanti da condizioni preesistenti.
Accettazione dei Termini
L’accesso e la prenotazione dei trattamenti implicano l’accettazione di questi termini.
Il SPA si riserva il diritto di avvisare le autorità in caso di violazioni gravi.

Comportement du Client
Les clients doivent se comporter avec respect et courtoisie envers le personnel et les autres visiteurs.
Les grossièretés, gestes à connotation sexuelle ou toute forme de harcèlement sont strictement interdits.
En cas de comportement menaçant ou inapproprié, le soin sera immédiatement interrompu sans remboursement.
Santé & Hygiène
Les clients doivent signaler toute condition médicale, blessure ou infection cutanée avant le soin.
Une hygiène personnelle irréprochable (corps propre) est exigée. Le SPA se réserve le droit de refuser le service en cas de non-respect.
Réservations & Annulations
Les réservations nécessitent un acompte ou une garantie par carte bancaire.
Les annulations effectuées jusqu’à 24 heures à l’avance donnent droit à un remboursement intégral. Passé ce délai, 50% du montant sera facturé.
Retard du Client
En cas de retard, la durée du soin pourra être réduite sans compensation financière.
Sécurité & Effets Personnels
Le SPA décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte ou vol d’objets. L’utilisation des casiers sécurisés est recommandée.
L’usage de téléphones ou appareils photo pendant le soin est interdit.
Le port de sous-vêtements ou d’un maillot de bain est obligatoire pendant les soins.
Le SPA fournit gratuitement des sous-vêtements jetables si nécessaire.
En cas de refus :
La séance sera annulée immédiatement
Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué
Le SPA se réserve le droit de refuser tout service ultérieur au client
Clause de Non-Responsabilité Les soins ne remplacent pas un avis médical. Le SPA n’est pas responsable des complications liées à des problèmes de santé préexistants.
Acceptation des Conditions
L’accès et la réservation de soins valent acceptation de ces conditions.
Le SPA se réserve le droit d’avertir les autorités en cas d’infraction grave.

Kundenverhalten
Kunden sind verpflichtet, sich dem Personal und anderen Gästen gegenüber respektvoll und höflich zu verhalten.
Obszöne Sprache, sexuelle Andeutungen oder Belästigung jeglicher Art sind strengstens untersagt.
Bei bedrohlichem oder unangemessenem Verhalten wird die Behandlung sofort abgebrochen – ohne Rückerstattung.
Gesundheit & Hygiene
Kunden müssen etwaige gesundheitliche Beschwerden, Verletzungen oder Hautinfektionen vor der Behandlung mitteilen.
Körperhygiene (z.B. gewaschener Körper) ist Voraussetzung. Das SPA behält sich das Recht vor, die Behandlung bei Nichteinhaltung zu verweigern.
Buchungen & Stornierungen
Buchungen erfordern eine Anzahlung oder Kreditkartensicherung.
Stornierungen bis 24 Stunden vor Termin werden vollständig rückerstattet. Danach werden 50% des Preises berechnet.
Verspätung des Kunden
Bei Verspätung kann die Behandlungsdauer verkürzt werden – ohne Preisnachlass.
Sicherheit & Wertsachen
Das SPA übernimmt keine Haftung für verlorene oder gestohlene Gegenstände. Die Nutzung der Schließfächer wird empfohlen.
Die Verwendung von Handys oder Kameras während der Behandlung ist untersagt.
Haftungsausschluss
Behandlungen ersetzen keine medizinische Beratung. Das SPA haftet nicht für Komplikationen aufgrund von Vorerkrankungen.
Annahme der Bedingungen
Unterwäsche / Badekleidung
Kunden müssen während der Behandlung Unterwäsche oder Badekleidung tragen. Bei Bedarf wird kostenlose Einweg-Unterwäsche bereitgestellt. Verweigerung führt zum Sitzungsabbruch ohne Rückerstattung
Die Nutzung der SPA-Dienste gilt als Akzeptanz dieser AGB.
Das SPA behält sich vor, bei schwerwiegenden Verstößen die Behörden einzuschalten.
